If you’ve already spent a few years in the electrical trade pulling wire, setting boxes, and supporting residential installations—and you’re ready to join a company where quality, collaboration, and growth actually mean something—you might be exactly who we’re looking for.  As an Electrical Assistant, you’ll work alongside  electricians on some of the most beautiful homes in Arizona —wiring lighting, power, and integrated smart systems with the attention to detail our clients expect. You’ll bring field experience, curiosity, and a willingness to grow into a true craftsperson.   What You’ll Do Support  electricians on residential new builds and remodels Pull wire, set boxes, install lighting fixtures, devices, and panels Follow electrical drawings, plans, and scope documents accurately Coordinate with AV and lighting integration teams for smooth crossover installs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Communicate clearly with your crew and project managers about progress and needs Represent Oasis with professionalism on every site and with every client What We Value We’re driven by excellence—and by the people who bring it to life.
