Adecco is seeking an experienced **Business Process Analyst** to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance quality performance across the end-to-end customer journey. This role focuses on monitoring NPS and CXI metrics, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to optimizing business processes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Analyze and monitor NPS and CXI performance to identify process improvement opportunities. + Evaluate end-to-end business processes and implement enhancements using methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping. + Support the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring risks are identified and controlled. + Provide real-time data insights to support decision-making and preventive action. + Ensure adherence to quality standards, internal policies, and legal requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to align process improvements. + Train and coach team members on quality tools, agile/lean practices, and continuous improvement methods. + Contribute to or support agile projects, including serving in a SCRUM-related capacity when needed. **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of BA experience in process analysis, quality management, or continuous improvement (Master's entry level considered). + Strong knowledge of business processes, quality methodologies, and technical principles. + Experience analyzing, developing, testing, or implementing process improvements. + Ability to work independently, meet milestones, and deliver measurable results. + Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. **Pay Details:** $80.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
