This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge genomics and human-centered design - leading the translation of complex molecular diagnostics into seamless, trustworthy experiences that empower clinicians, patients, and operational teams.As a key member of our product team, you'll lead design from strategic insights through final production, applying systems thinking to design across an interconnected healthcare ecosystem that spans lab processes, electronic health records, provider networks, and patient touchpoints. You'll bridge scientific complexity and clinical reality while guiding design team members and elevating the craft of the entire organization.
