We also offer a TRICARE Supplement Insurance Package as well as Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 per year for areas of study relevant to employee position responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth.Position DescriptionJob Title / Labor Category TitleDeputy Program ManagerLocationWashington, DC - Washington, DC 20003 US (Primary)Security Clearance RequirementsSecretJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to join our team in Washington, DC.Responsibilities:Support the Program Manager in overseeing all aspects of contract execution, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and contract requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for SEA 21 leadership in the Program Manager's absence, maintaining clear and responsive communicationManage daily contractor operations, including staffing, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, and performance oversightOversee cost and schedule control, ensuring projects remain on budget and are delivered on timeIdentify and mitigate project risks while ensuring continuous compliance with all contractual and regulatory obligationsSupervise and support project personnel, fostering a high-performance team environmentLead internal and external meetings, providing clear direction and actionable updates to stakeholdersMonitor task order progress and ensure timely delivery of all contract deliverablesProvide strategic guidance to improve operational efficiency, contractor performance, and mission effectivenessMaintain strong communication with key stakeholders to support program objectives and ensure transparencyJob RequirementsBasic Qualifications:Active Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree in a business, financial, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of professional experience in program or project managementExperience in Navy Project Management or similar DoD programsDemonstrated experience overseeing contractor performance and ensuring compliance with contractual requirementsProven supervisory experience, including hiring, training, and managing project staffStrong background in interpreting and applying DoD policies, regulations, and standardsAbility to travel (up to 10%) for site visits or stakeholder meetingsKey Competencies:Skilled in managing day-to-day operations, including team scheduling, resource allocation, and cost controlProficient in analyzing contractor processes and implementing continuous improvementsExperienced in monitoring project milestones, deliverables, risks, and compliance metricsEffective communicator with the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and report to senior leadershipCapable of developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reports, and schedulesAdept at leading meetings, facilitating strategic planning sessions, and driving project alignment with organizational goalsRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)Travel %0 - 10%Sellers and Associates, LLC is an E-Verify company and an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
