Regional Human Resources Director Multi site and multi state experience in the Mountain West states required Ideal candidate will reside in Colorado Senior Living experience required Salary range 90000 115000 The Regional HR Director works closely with Executive Directors of up to 20 communities across Colorado to cultivate a positive productive working environment in all communities assisting with the timely resolution of escalated employee relations issues and supporting the overall function of the Human Resources department Essential Job Functions Consults with home office and community management team members to provide guidance on day to day business and employee matters providing an interpretation of company policy as neededConducts effective thorough and timely investigations andor guides community leadership in performing the same; provides guidance on and assists in the resolution of complex employee relations issuesProvides day to day performance management guidance to community leaders including coaching counseling career development and disciplinary actionsWorks closely with management and employees to improve working relationships build morale and increase productivity and retentionAnalyzes emerging trends across the organization to guide the development of training programs or new policies to assist the workforceOversees leave of absence process in close connection with HR GeneralistCollaborates with department and cross functionally to manage projects to implementation eg Open Enrollment annual wage review employee surveys etc and participates in company initiativesServes as HRIS expert working closely with system vendors to troubleshoot issues generate new reports as requested by management and create new workflows and efficiencies as neededIdentifies and recommends updates to relevant software systems and procedures; serves as Administrator of applicant tracking system ATS ensuring application processing and onboarding occur as requiredMaintains in depth and current knowledge of federal and state legal requirements ensuring compliance and reducing legal risk; partners with Payroll Risk Management and Legal Services as needed to achieve appropriate outcomesMaintains confidentiality of sensitive employee and company informationTravels periodically to support community events provide leadership in escalated employee matters attend conferences or training etcPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience Senior Living Experience preferredMust possess a high school diploma or the equivalent; Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business or related field highly desiredA minimum of six years experience in a Generalist capacity with a strong background in acquisition experience and employee relations in fast growing multi site companies; supervisory experience strongly desiredDemonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels across the companyStrong analytical and problem solving skills; highly motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively depending upon circumstancesStrong communication and presentation skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareSpecific Knowledge Skills Certifications etc Proficiency in ADPWorkforceNow Paylocity or other HRIS requiredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailHR certification such as SHRM SCP is highly desiredWith communities across California Hawaii and Nevada opportunities for career growth relocation and travel are significant In addition eligible team members may enjoy the following benefits Medical Dental and Vision benefitsVacation Personal Day Sick Pay HolidaysComplimentary MealsBonus OpportunitiesCompany Paid Life InsuranceTeam Member Discount Program LifeMart401k Savings Plan with Company MatchRecognition ProgramsStudent Loan RefinancingPet InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmergency Financial AssistanceOakmont Management Group based in Irvine California is a recognized leader in the senior living industry that manages a portfolio of communities under the Oakmont Senior Living and Ivy Living brands OMG serves thousands of seniors across communities in California Nevada and Hawaii At OMG we strive to create an atmosphere of family and community among team members residents and resident family members We know that caring and meaningful relationships are the foundation of a rewarding life and our team is hand selected for their skills previous experience and passion for working with the elderly Our practice is to incorporate joy and laughter alongside our expectations of excellence Walk into our communities and feel our pride of ownership and commitment to service Oakmont Management Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer
