The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.Duties and Responsibilities• Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures• Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis• HVAC experience• Other duties as required• Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance.
