Job SummaryWe are hiring a Logistics Shipping, Receiving Associate responsible for managing all inbound and outbound warehouse movements. This role requires strong physical packing skills and comfort using basic computer systems for inventory and data entry.Key ResponsibilitiesPacking & Shipping: Efficiently and accurately prepare, pack, and process outbound shipments. Generate labels and shipping documentation.Receiving & Inventory: Inspect and process incoming deliveries. Accurately enter receiving data into the inventory system. Organize warehouse stock.Physical Tasks: Perform hands-on material handling, organize stock, and safely lift up to [50 lbs].Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED on hand.Proven experience in a shipping, receiving, or warehouse role.Strong packing skills are mandatory.Computer savvy: Must be proficient with basic computer systems for inventory data entry (WMS/Excel).Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen upon a conditional offer.Ability to successfully pass a background check upon a conditional offer.Job Title: Material Control & Logistics SpecialistJob Summary We are seeking a Material Control Handler with a high degree of technical proficiency to manage inventory and logistics within our manufacturing department. This position requires substantial Excel expertise and a deep understanding of how material flow impacts production schedules. You will be responsible for the digital and physical integrity of our supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Material Tracking: Use Microsoft Excel to manage complex inventory logs, track material usage, and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.Manufacturing Integration: Work directly within the manufacturing department to ensure raw materials are staged for production and finished goods are documented immediately.Strategic Shipping & Receiving: Oversee all inbound/outbound movements. Beyond packing, you will manage shipping documentation, carrier coordination, and logistics data entry.Data Integrity: Perform regular cycle counts and audits, utilizing formulas and data analysis to report on inventory health.Minimum QualificationsExperience: 2-4 years in a Manufacturing environment (required).Excel Skills: Must be highly proficient. "Substantial experience" includes the ability to manage spreadsheets, use formulas, and organize large sets of data (vlookups/Pivot Tables preferred).Logistics Background: Proven experience in shipping, receiving, and carrier management software.Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and remain active in a fast-paced production setting.Compliance: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check upon a conditional offer.Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Job Details:Pay: $18 to $19/hr.
