Senior IDMC ETL Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Job Requirements * 10+ Yr experience in ETL/Informatics and IDMC * To work in data migration from source Mainframes to destination Postgres DB in Cloud * Design and develop data integration workflows and mappings using IDMC/IICS. * Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and objectives. * Maintain and support existing data integration solutions. * Optimize and enhance performance of data workflows and mappings. * Implement and manage data quality and data governance policies. * Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues. * Document data integration processes and workflows. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all data integration activities. Generic Managerial Skills, If any * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * High ownership mindset with proactive issue resolution * Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns * Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field * Prior enterprise or BFSI experience preferred TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
