I bring a unique and creative background to the insurance world — from working in television, recording, and producing to even participating in a game show. I started a scratch agency with State Farm in 2006, then spent three years as a Sales Leader before opening this office.I earned my degree in Public Relations from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and also attended University of Wyoming. I’m known for my big personality and love creating “TikTok mom joke” videos and Gen X humor content. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
