This company produces high-reliability power distribution equipment used by data centers, financial institutions, and major technology companies worldwide.This is a great opportunity for someone with press brake experience looking to work with modern equipment in a stable, growing industry.ScheduleWeekend Shift (On-Site in Aurora, OH)Fridays 2pm to 2am, Saturdays and Sundays 11am to 11pm. Work 36 hours, Paid for 40! Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and produce parts using press brake machinesSet up machines according to production drawings and specificationsWork with production engineering to load and run machine programsInspect finished parts to ensure quality standardsSeparate, label, and catalog completed componentsPerform daily machine start-up, shutdown, and cleanup proceduresMaintain and lubricate toolingKeep the surrounding work area clean and organizedMonitor raw material levels and production flowQualifications2+ years of Press Brake experience requiredAbility to read mechanical drawings and blueprintsExperience using measuring tools such as calipersAbility to understand and modify machine programsBasic computer skills for logging and editingHigh school diploma or equivalentCNC or technical machining training is a plusPay & Benefits$22-$28/hour depending on experience100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision401(k) with company match3 weeks PTO10 paid holidays + 2 floating holidaysPerformance incentives#IND001 #TalrooIndependenceMeet Your RecruiterCindy Teems
