Responsibilities:Provides the highest level possible of service to all customers with the main objective of serving our retail and walk in contractor, commercial and industrial customersAnswers telephone inquiries pleasantly and promptlyProvides customers with information on additional items related to purchases madeMaintains up-to-date knowledge of the products sold, product usage, product prices and new products on the marketHandle minor complaints with the objective of solving the problemListen to a customer's complaint to find out what it will take to satisfy the customerComplies with Company's procedures on sales transactions, paperwork, refunds, credit memos, etc.Maintains stock, displays and housekeeping for assigned areasAssists supervisor, other employees as neededJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000-$55,000Shift:Day shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Sales: 3 years (Preferred)Building Supply Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
