The Testing Agency is committed to professional excellence, client satisfaction, and continued expansion across key markets.About the RoleAs Site Inspector (CSST or CAC), you will deliver top-tier environmental inspection services to residential clients, with a primary focus on single-family homes experiencing water damage throughout the San Diego area. This role is responsible for conducting compliant site inspections, managing samples, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct environmental site inspections in compliance with regulatory standards and company protocolsPerform testing on single-family homes experiencing water damageEnsure accurate collection and timely delivery of samples to the laboratoryCoordinate with internal staff to schedule, route, and support new inspection jobsMaintain detailed and accurate records of inspections, findings, and samplesAdhere to all safety, quality, and compliance requirements while working independently in the fieldRequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in environmental inspectionsCurrent CSST or CAC certification in the state of CaliforniaLead Inspector/Assessor CertificationEnvironmental inspection or restoration experienceValid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and mobile phoneStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPositive, can-do attitude and strong work ethicWhat We OfferStarting salary up to $90,000 based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesCar allowancePaid vacationProfessional development opportunitiesOpportunity to join a high-growth, innovative company with strong career advancement potential
