Total Safety is looking for a Toolroom Attendant to add to their safety conscious team in El Paso, TX ! As a Tool Room Attendant, you will be an important part of processing customer tool checkouts, stocking items, inventory integrity, asset management, ladder repair, shipping items and providing timely and accurate equipment fulfillment.Clear Background and Drug/Alcohol Screen RandomlyAvailable to work a variety of rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight using appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack, forklift and by hand as neededLift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs frequently).Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time.Ladder repairVerify and complete required documentation and reportsAdhere to company and customer safety policiesFrequent contact with service center personnel; fast-pace and deadline oriented.Perform other duties as assignedPrompt, daily attendance at assigned work locationPosition responsibilities:Provide timely and accurate delivery of customer requestProfessional interaction with customer baseShipping and Receiving DutiesProper operation of material handling equipment to safety and production requirementsMaintain the overall cleanliness of the warehousePerform other related duties as assignedEssential skills and experience:Forklift experiencePrior dock/warehouse experience is a plusHighly motivated individual with attention to detailAbout Total Safety: Total Safety is the world's premier provider of integrated safety and compliance services and the products necessary to support them, including gas detection, respiratory protection, safety training, fire protection, compliance and inspection, comprehensive flare services, industrial hygiene, onsite emergency medical treatment/paramedics, communications systems, engineered systems design, and materials management.
