Join Lewis-Palmer School District - where teaching isn't just a job, it's a calling. Palmer Ridge High School is hiring a full time mathematics teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Must have, or be eligible to receive a Colorado teaching license with K-12 mathematics endorsement, or must have a Colorado teaching license with a minimum of 24 credit hours in the content area. Math course offerings range from Algebra I through AP Calculus. Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 17 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 18, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,550-$73,848 annually. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website. All employees are eligible for participation in the Colorado Public Employees Retirement Account, PERA. Full-time employees, employed at least thirty hours per week, of Lewis-Palmer School District are eligible for health insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. The employees may choose from a selection of plans that include coverage additional options for individuals, employee plus spouse, employee plus children, and family plans. Paid leave is accrued in accordance with District policies and afforded to all persons in accordance with Colorado law.
