THESE ARE THE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TRAINING CONTENT DEVELOPER: Develop high-quality training materials, including eLearning modules, video tutorials, interactive simulations, and scenario-based learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate Partner with senior instructional designer to translate training objectives into engaging, instructionally sound materials Design and maintain customer-facing training content and certification materials Build immersive learning assets for live virtual training sessions Administer the Customer Education Learning Management System (QGenda Academy) and support enrollments, reporting, content updates & deployment Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with QGenda product features & functionality Continuously refine training assets based on learner feedback, performance data, and customer insights Occasionally, facilitate virtual sessions to model best practices and gather real-world input from users CORE COMPETENCIES NEEDED FOR SUCCESS: Certification and Curriculum Design Skilled in designing structured learning paths, assessments, and measurable proficiency validations Ability to build certification programs with modular, customizable components for different customer needs Learner Engagement and Optimization Ability to design content that drives high adoption, completion, and satisfaction rates Familiarity with behavior-based engagement tactics, microlearning, and simplifying complex workflows Creative Instructional Development Strong visual and instructional creativity for building immersive, scenario-driven learning experiences Proficiency with authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia) and multimedia elements Experience developing realistic simulations that mirror live software environments Customer-Centered Training Strategy Skilled at analyzing customer use cases and tailoring training accordingly Ability to design hands-on exercises and scenarios that can be used directly in a customer's live environment Continuous Improvement and Data-Driven Decision Making Comfortable using training analytics, learner feedback, and KPIs to improve content effectiveness Strong quality mindset with the ability to update, refine, and iterate quickly YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE EVERYTHING ABOVE BECAUSE YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE LIKE: 3+ years of experience in training content development, instructional design, or eLearning development (SaaS or healthcare preferred) Proficiency with Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, SnagIt, and similar content development tools Familiarity with Pendo or other digital adoption tools is a plus Experience with LMS administration and SCORM standards Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and project management skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment SPECIAL REQUEST/MUST-HAVES: Expertise using Articulate Storyline/Rise and Camtasia Experience developing effective eLearning Excels at working collaboratively within a team and independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE: Pay: $28.00 - $30.00/hour View our benefits information here: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States WE ARE TSP TSP is award-winning, customer-endorsed, and minority-owned.
