Cath Lab - Spring, Texas

This opportunity is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist with expertise in Cath Lab imaging to provide critical support in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The role involves working with a minimum of 11 labs, including electrophysiology (EP), interventional radiology (IR), and Cath Lab procedures. Candidates will be entrusted with delivering precise imaging alongside a Level I Trauma Unit that handles 40-50 cases daily. Work Schedule: Flexible shifts available: 8, 10, or 12-hour days On-call shifts approximately 4-5 per month, including one weekend per month Key Responsibilities: Operate CVT and relevant imaging equipment efficiently across multiple labs Support complex cardiovascular procedures including EP, IR, and Cath Lab case types Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and procedure accuracy Maintain compliance with protocols and assist in trauma unit cases if required Document procedures and activities accurately using Epic EMR system Desired Qualifications: Certified Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) credential required Experience working in high-volume cath lab settings with exposure to EP and IR cases Familiarity with Epic EMR or similar electronic medical records system Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and work flexible hours when needed Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic trauma center environment Location Insight: Situated in Spring, TX, this contract role offers an opportunity in a vibrant community known for its welcoming atmosphere and quality of life.
