Reporting Analyst ERP & Payroll Systems

Our client located in Seattle; WA is looking for a Reporting Analyst - ERP & Payroll systems to complete the following. This role is primarily onsite with some remote work: The Reporting Analyst supports enterprise reporting initiatives across UKG (Payroll and Workforce Management) and Dynamics 365 (ERP) systems. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing operational, compliance, and executive reporting through Power BI and internal reporting tools within UKG and Dynamics 365. The analyst works closely with the Business Technology ERP team and key business stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports payroll operations, financial reporting, and enterprise decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS UKG Reporting & Payroll Analytics: Develop, maintain, and optimize standard and ad-hoc reports within UKG. Support payroll auditing, compliance reporting, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy. Dynamics 365 (ERP) Reporting: Build and maintain operational and financial reports within Dynamics 365. Support ERP reporting needs tied to Finance, Accounting, and operational workflows. Power BI Dashboard Development: Design and develop dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI, including data modeling, KPI reporting, and executive-ready visualizations. Business Technology ERP Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Technology ERP team to support reporting needs, validate data outputs, and align reporting solutions with system design and business processes. Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Perform data validation and checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting across payroll and ERP datasets. Project & Cross-Functional Support: Support ERP and payroll implementation/enhancement projects by gathering reporting requirements, validating results, and assisting stakeholders with reporting adoption. Documentation & Standards: Document report logic, definitions, and reporting processes to ensure consistency, repeatability, and long-term maintainability. Key qualifications client is looking for: Strong experience with Power BI Advanced SQL skills Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally UKG and/or Dynamics 365 Experience working in cross-functional project environments Immediate priorities for this role include: Building internal UKG reporting Supporting the final phase of our Payroll project Developing Payroll reporting in Power BI Integrating Payroll data into our Azure Fabric OneLake environment This is a fast moving role and serious applicants are encouraged to apply.
