Summer internship opportunity is 40 hours per week (9-5) and the client will offer this internship during the semester as well, with flexible hours! Day-to-day responsibilities include: Accounts Payable - input invoices into QuickBooks, route to project managers for review/approval, make any changes in QuickBooks as needed, assist in generation and mailing of checks Generate and maintain Accounts Payable report for senior management Journal Entries - make adjustments to Coastal Tile & Vespa Stone QuickBooks as needed Assist in monthly New York State Sales Tax filing Provide additional support to Accounting Team as needed, including filing, making copies, answering phones Depending on the candidate's availability, additional duties may be added over time.
