ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Directs golfers in the proper manner of play and in accordance with reserved tee times Maintains accurate patron information (names, golf car numbers etc)Assist Ranger and Driving Range Attendant as necessaryWork closely with the course Ranger in maintaining proper pace of playInform patrons of daily course restrictions and direct as necessaryPerform duties as directed by the Golf Professional KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees and patronsAble to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingAble to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends or HolidaysCustomer service oriented individual Able to lift 20 lbs on a regular basisKnowledge of golf helpful; Minimum of 21 years of age. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Hours: Varies; hours of golf operation, to include weekend and holiday hours. Approximately 25 to 35 hours per week during the golf season. Season is from April to October This position does not receive benefits.
