Chief Marketing Officer Fintech/Saas/Startup We are looking for a high-impact Chief Marketing Officer with deep experience in Fintech Software Products to build and scale a world-class marketing engine from the ground up for our client. As the sole marketing leader, you will be the architect of the go-to-market strategy, managing a network of agencies and partners to drive growth within the targeted financial institutions. External Workforce Management: Hand-pick and lead a high-performing roster of agencies and contractors. You'll set the bar for excellence and ensure our partners deliver ROI. Brand & Content Authority: Build a digital presence that builds trust. You'll lead the evolution of our website, SEO, and a content calendar that speaks the language of bank executives and compliance officers. Industry Influence: Own our relationships with industry associations. You'll turn conferences into pipeline engines through strategic sponsorships and high-touch event execution. Growth & Analytics: Run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Trade Media) with a data-first mindset. You'll partner with Finance to track CAC, MQLs, and total pipeline impact. Sales & Product Synergy: Arm our sales team with elite pitch decks and playbooks. You'll bridge the gap between product innovation and market readiness. M&A Integration: Lead the marketing transition for 1 2 acquisitions per year, ensuring seamless brand migration and customer communication. Your Background 10+ Years of B2B Marketing Leadership: Deep roots in Technology Products and Software for Fintech or Banking Tech are essential. Experience with Transactional revenue models and Saas The "Solo-Plus " Mindset: You are a strategic visionary who isn't afraid to get your hands dirty. You know how to drive massive results through vendors without a large internal headcount. Relationship Mastery: A proven track record of working with industry bodies and presenting complex data to Boards. Analytical Rigor: You live in the dashboards.
