Work on Cisco Server tools and Verint recording solution Work on issues related to performance tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring, and troubleshooting tools Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including week-endsCompetencies & Skill Set : Hands on Experience and SME knowledge in Cisco voice network, Verint Maintenance operations, VOIP support Sound knowledge of technology landscape in Distributed technologies, Monitoring mechanisms & platforms etc. Strong client interfacing skills and stakeholder management Good understanding of Operation Management and ITIL landscape Ability to work with global delivery teamsExperience :Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Salt Lake City, Utah.
