We're looking for the best and brightest to take our company to the next level.Due to growth, it has created a need for a Maintenance Manager at our manufacturing facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin. We are seeking a detail-driven Maintenance Manager to oversee the repair and maintenance of our facility's equipment and infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep technical understanding of equipment, and the ability to manage multiple maintenance projects simultaneously. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for inventory and purchasing management, while driving operational efficiency and ensuring all maintenance is completed on time and within budget.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTrain and supervise employees of the maintenance department.Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.Requisitions tools, equipment and supplies. Inspects completed work for conformity to blueprints, specifications and other building standards.May supervise workers engaged in installing, servicing and repairing mechanical equipment.Oversee maintenance and inventories of equipment and tools and the safety and operation of vehicles and equipment.Prepare documentation, including forms and various reports, as necessary.Submits requests for new or replacement parts, equipment, tools, vehicles and related items.May occasionally perform the duties of subordinates in emergency situations.Follows company policies and procedures.EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.CMRP, CPMM, or other relevant maintenance certifications preferred.Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a requirement.Excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, budget management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Leadership and team management capabilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to lead a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate schedules, and handle conflicts.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Someone who values accuracy over speed, but can balance bothA dependable team player who takes ownership of their responsibilitiesSomeone with a hunger for driving efficiency and improving processesWHY JOIN US?
