Title: Communications Specialist Location: Newtown Square, PA / Fully Remote Duration: 6+ months with possible extensions, subject to budget & management/performance Job Summary: Client Business Transformation Management Go-to-Market Internal and Organizational Communications Lead Short description: This role is designed to support a global communication strategy, spanning planning through execution, for the Client Business Transformation Management (BTM) Global GTM organization, comprising more than 1,200 colleagues worldwide. Internal communication is a critical pillar in driving sustained employee engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with Client BTM's strategic direction. The Communications Lead will be responsible for defining and orchestrating the overall communication approach, governance, and formats, in close alignment with the Global Client BTM Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Client BTM CRO Chief of Staff. In addition, this role will serve as a key counterpart to communication leads within Client BTM Product Engineering as well as internal and executive communication leaders across other Client units, ensuring consistency, alignment, and impact across the broader Client organization Expectations & Tasks Oversee the planning and execution of the internal communication strategy for the CLIENT BTM GTM organization, aligning communication priorities and translate them into clear, actionable initiatives Advise on and shape future creative communication formats tailored to the needs of different employee groups Establish ongoing feedback loop on the key communication formats and deliverables and drive continuous improvement Develop and manage a regular communication calendar for organization wide internal communications, coordinating with business owners as well as communication leads across CLIENT BTM Product organizations and the broader CLIENT ecosystem Own the end to end execution of quarterly All Employee meetings, including scheduling, content planning, dry runs, technical setup, and live execution Lead content coordination for key quarterly written communications, such as financial updates, employee newsletters, and other strategic communications Support internal SharePoint maintenance, including coordination with content owners and regular updates Plan and execute communication cascades for organizational updates, including the creation of supporting content Maintain communication governance assets, including distribution lists, organizational inboxes
