Join TeamGlobal and take your engineering career to new heights.Requirements:  #Role Summary*In this role, you will lead and coordinate the design, analysis, testing, and validation of complex electronic and electrical systems, ensuring operational and functional requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.#Education & Job Requirements*You must have * A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. * A minimum of 3 years of experience with electrical avionics system design, including electrical systems and subsystems design, interface cable design between electrical system and platform, electrical hardware/software integration, coordination with vendors for part selection, and hardware/software testing in a lab. * Experience or knowledge of VPX/VME form factor. * Experience or knowledge of RS422/RS232, PC104, TCP/IP & Ethernet, IEEE-488, MMSI, and MIL-STD-1553 communication standards, protocols, and/or interface. * Technical system domain knowledge (e.g., air vehicle and/or weapons). * Experience with product/systems development and integration. * Ability to work onsite full-time. * Eligibility to meet U.S. export compliance requirements.#Preferred Skills*You will have * Experience or knowledge of cybersecurity principles or cyber certifications. * Experience or knowledge of network design. * Experience or knowledge of common military standards used in hardware design and testing (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-1472, etc.). * Experience with CAD and creating electrical schematics. * Experience with implementation and maintenance of systems engineering tools, schedules, and metrics (i.e., DOORs, CAMEO, earned value management). * Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). * CompTIA Security+ Certification.#Job Duties & Functions*You will be able * Lead work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements. * Analyze and translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specifications. * Test and validate system designs to ensure compliance with operational and functional requirements. * Oversee teams monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and requirements compliance. * Provide support for fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle. * Research technology advances and make recommendations for potential applications to the company's business needs. * Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to others as needed.#Physical Requirements*Able to * Perform regular and predictable onsite work at Hazelwood, MO location. * Meet standard office/lab/engineering workspace physical demands.Job Type:  Temporary Post Date:  01/20/2026
