You will build and own relationships with facility managers, building engineers, property management firms, ownership groups, and leaders across top commercial verticals such as:HospitalityRetail + Shopping CentersHigh-Rise & Corporate Real EstateGovernment & EducationHealthcare & Medical FacilitiesMulti-Family & Senior LivingYour mission?When disaster strikes - fire, water, mold, storms, catastrophe - you are the first call.This is a high-energy, fast-paced, field-focused role where no two days look the same, and success comes from proactive relationship-building and smart prospectingEssential FunctionsIn this role, you will:Business Development & Strategic HuntingBuild and execute a territory business plan for growthProspect, research, and schedule meetings with commercial and national accountsIdentify regional and national opportunities to expand market shareTrack and measure local marketing efforts to ensure consistent activityAccount Management & FarmingStrengthen long-term relationships to increase loyalty and wallet shareAttend on-site meetings, walkthroughs, presentations, and industry eventsMaintain memberships and visibility within industry associations in your territorySupport operations in communication, documentation, and customer expectationsOperational & Internal CollaborationPartner with the marketing department to coordinate tradeshows and presentationsAssist with collections on both local and national accounts when neededUse our CRM (Salesforce) to keep accounts, contacts, and activities updatedManage reporting requirements and internal communication needsCommunicate effectively - even in high-stress or emergency situationsExperience & SkillsWe're looking for someone who is:A strong communicator - verbal, written, and in presentationsRelationship-driven and personableDetail-oriented and organizedConfident presenting to individuals and large groupsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyAble to lead when needed and collaborate with a teamExperienced in business development/account management (preferred but not required)If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and having full ownership of your market, this is the role for you.Compensation & What We ProvideAt BMS CAT, you'll work alongside some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the restoration industry.
