Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Mobile As a LeadConsultant specializing in Mobile technologies, you'll drive the vision, strategy, and execution of both mobile application development and test automation. This high-impact role involves shaping architecture, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across Android and iOS platforms. Responsibilities * Design and implement mobile test automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest). * Lead architecture and strategy for native and cross-platform mobile applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end mobile quality. * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab). * Mentor and guide mobile development and QA teams. * Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and industry best practices. * Evaluate and introduce new tools/technologies to improve the testing process and efficiency. * Provide technical leadership and guidance on the latest trends and technologies in test automation and mobile testing. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications * Strong experience in mobile automation tools (Appium, Espresso, UIAutomator, XCUITest). * Hands-on expertise in native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Java) or cross-platform frameworks. * Proficiency in CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and test management platforms. * Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Proven leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills. * Bachelor's/master's in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred qualifications * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion. * Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, certifications) are a plus.
