Business Analyst Plano, TX The pay range for this role is $95,000- $110,000 per annum Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Banking Business Analysis to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the banking sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position is ONSITE in Plano TX Responsibilities: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development and implementation of solutions. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions. Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions. Support project management activities, including project planning, risk management, and status reporting. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Banking Business Analysis, with a deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulations. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements in a banking environment. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Preferred Skills: Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in the banking sector. Experience in leading cross functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on the banking industry. Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
