And for driven individuals who choose to share our mission, we make it possible to fulfill their full potential.The Tax Credit Leasing Specialist is accountable for full cycle lease-up performance at one, or more, of the company's new projects. This includes conducting market research in new localities, benchmarking local competition, collaborating with key stakeholders to devise lease-up strategies, overseeing the execution of pre-leasing activities, application processing and community outreach capabilities, and working independently and cohesively in a hands-on capacity to achieve new projects' absorption and pricing schedules. Additionally, this position may provide coverage at one or more properties in the absence of a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to complete recertifications, applications, and provide customer service. RequirementsPhysical RequirementsThis role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
