Senior Creative Project ManagerFounded in 1919 as Phototype and recently rebranded as the Olberding Brand Family, we are a family company focused on delivering the highest quality and client service in the graphics design, management and printing industry. Our clients are primarily consumer products companies and printers, and we help them by delivering a broad range of services from brand strategy and packaging design, to adaptive design across various print and digital platforms, all the way to color management and the production of printing plates. With our world headquarters located in Cincinnati, we have over 450 employees throughout the United States and offices in Europe and Asia. The Senior Creative Project Manager (CPM) represents Olberding Brand Family and manages projects for our client's (L'Oréal) In-House Creative Team. The work represents an expansive range from temporary and permanent POP materials to POS / in-store visual merchandising printed elements and packaging. The CPM monitors and communicates artwork project milestones and progress to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget. The CPM partners with In-House Creative on seamless delivery of all final creative items produced while also working to identify and resolve project issues by using strong technical and brand knowledge. Additionally, this candidate will assist the client and work to support Olberding's Associate Team Members, Client Engagement Manager, and Team Leader in delivering an excellent client service experience.Duties and Responsibilities Include: Lead larger complex projects and help to mentor/coach associate team members Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand the business and streamline the client workflow On time and budget project delivery for all creative projects Actively resolve and escalate bottlenecks and push for approvals while staying on track with established critical dates Continually prioritize projects based on deadlines & strategic importance Route artwork in client-based tool for cross-functional approvals Optimize people, processes, and tools in creative operation scope for the highest possible quality & efficient results Partner with your supervisor in identifying technology gaps inhibiting the teams and project progression, offering solutions to help eliminate these gaps Collaborate to develop positive and productive relationships with internal and external core functional partners Ensure seamless execution and collaboration with marketing, creative, and purchasing, and provide regular updatesQualifications Include: Strong project management and organization skills Knowledge of consumer products packaging, creative design, and production artwork Excellent communication skills plus the ability to establish, grow and maintain client relationships Ability to diplomatically give and receive feedback on work 4 to 5 years' experience Project Management at a creative agency or customer service industry Cosmetics or consumer product company knowledge or experience a plus Knowledge of Project Management System (ESKO's WebCenter, Wrike, Mediabox) a bonusWhy Choose Olberding Brand Family?When you join Olberding Brand Family, you're not just taking a job; you're becoming part of a legacy of excellence and innovation.
