Collaborate with talented and driven colleagues to install and configure workstations and laptops while advocating on behalf of internal customers. Apply now and take your career to the next level at a company driven by purpose.MAIN TASKSWorking with the IT Services Manager and the team, you will:Install and configure hardware and software componentsRepair or replace damaged hardwareUpgrade systems to enable compatible softwareInstall and upgrade antivirus softwareInstall and upgrade intrusion detection softwareTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesSupport Office 365 user moves, add, changesMonitor phishing reports and act accordinglySupport an email filter block and allow listDocument inventory changesMaintain and monitor the IMS ticketing systemReport all issues into the ticketing systemEscalate tasks / projects to approved vendors and consultantsWill support every site within the company through Zoom and other remote softwareSupport an environment with an identity source rooted in Microsoft ADFSPrioritize projects and issues assignedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:2 or 4 year degree in Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems or an applicable area of studyAt least 1 - 3 years of helpdesk experienceCompTIA IT Fundamentals+ (ITF+)Comp TIA A+CompTIA Network+CompTIA Security+Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)INTERESTED BUT NOT SURE?
