One of our clients in Rockville, MD needs a Business Analyst for a permanent position.Position: Business Analyst. Location: Rockville, MD. Position Type: Permanent position.Job Description:We are seeking a Business Analyst for our Federal Government customer at the client location in Rockville, MD. Responsibilities: Developing reports, dashboards, presentations, and other documents (up to 500). Researching and analyzing topics for the Office of Information Technology. Assist with purchasing requests (preparation of procurement packages, market research, drafting supporting documentation) for OIT. Support OIT-wide contractor on-boarding efforts, including working with the HRSA partners responsible for asset management, networking, and training. Create and update spreadsheets (Excel, dashboards, financial) to track inventory received by OIT. Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the HRSA OIT stakeholders. Develop metrics as defined by HRSA. Create Use Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and performs testing. Design, document, and maintain system processes. Develop technical solutions to business problems. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Create/update Visio process diagrams. Provide business analysis support to OIT processes such as, 508, CPIC and project management.
