We are always on the lookout for like minded individuals to add to our ever growing staff.We are looking for a Compounder/Mixer for our first shift (6am-2pm). A compounder/mixer works to mix or otherwise combine ingredients to create nutritional supplements based on preset formulas. Your duties include sourcing materials, weighing each element, batching correctly, and ensuring the proper ratios in the final product. This is an entry-level position.Responsibilities:Pour raw materials into tankMeasure raw materialsMonitor mixing processTest/quality assurance of tank materialsCleaning all equipment , tanks, and vessels as needed.Observe and follow safety procedures and S.O.P's set by the company.Transfer finished product into drums, and totes to complete orders.Weigh ingredients for batching.Make sure all ingredients returned to inventory have weights and are cleaned.Set up and monitor all mixing tanks, vessels, and mixers.Obtain and understand all documentation for batching products.Operate all equipment including tanks, mixers, scales, meters, pump, etc.Complete all paperwork and batch documentation in a timely manner.Communicate with production when batches are complete and ready to fill.Other duties as assignedAbilities/Skills/Knowledge Requirements:High School Diploma, preferredWilling and eagerness to learnStrong work ethicComfortable utilizing a computerAbility to lift up to 75 lbs to shoulder height frequently throughout shiftThe more you learn, the more you earn!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Akron, OH 44301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: In person
