Assisting the SDLC Office for audit metrics and governance.The SDLC Office is a governance entity or committee responsible for developing and maintaining standardized methodologies and frameworks for the system development lifecycle, champion Agile adoption through education, coaching and continuous improvement practices, while also ensuring compliance with SDLC tollgates and facilitating effective communication channels among stakeholders.As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for performing administrative and technical tasks to support efficient governance of SDLC projects. This will be attained by performing a variety of tasks related to documentation, organization, data gathering and communication. Additional duties include, but are not limited to the following:1. Run queries in Jira and assess SDLC governance trends2. Assist in the creation of SDLC metrics3. Manage documentation; maintain documentation in proper locations on network system4. Assist project manager and design staff in preparation of reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.5. Provide administrative support for the function as needed and undertake project tasks as required or as requested by supervisor or project manager6. Organize SDLC meetings, take meeting minutes and assist with task follow ups7. Prepare and distribute correspondence, transmittals and formsSkill Requirements• Documented experience in at least one SDLC function (business, development, testing, change management).• Detailed understanding and practical experience with Agile• Proven SQL and other query solutions• Strong organizational and planning skills• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Strong Proficiency in MS Office suite, emphasis on Excel along with knowledge of Adobe Acrobat• Jira, Confluence and SharePoint experience would be a plusExperience Requirements• Bachelor Degree in a related field and practical experience (5-10 years)• Office experience in SDLC required• Experience in CI/CD or DevOps solutions preferred• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures What are the top 3 must-haves you will be looking for in the resumes/interviews for this role? What is the duration of this contract and is there a chance it will be extended?Until December 31, 2024 but there is a good chance of extension based on the person's productivity. What training will be provided for this contractor and what are first day expectations?Training will be provided on SDLC workflows, Agile and State Street specific Jira implementation.
