You work at a fast pace, setting up and stocking stations to prepare us for service. Your food prep duties include chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces. Once service begins, you construct hoagies to exact specifications, paying attention to detail to ensure the order goes out correctly every time.You maintain a clean station and cooperate with your fellow cooks to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
