International Compliance Manager Direct Hire Job Site : Onsite Job No. : 32608 City : Bellevue State : WA Pay Range : $120K - $160K + DOE Job Details:Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401K with company match, fully funded pension plan, PTO, paid holidays, FSA/HSA, EAP services, and more!Summary:Manage strategic risk assessment and audit functions to ensure regulatory compliance, domestic and internationallyFollow and report on trade actions and provide insights including impact analysis and forecastingManage the international compliance team, brokers, and service providers overseeing US, Canada, and Mexico import and export complianceManage part classifications and team to ensure parts are classified accurately and timely to avoid border crossing delays and entry errorsSupport SAP GTS implementation, training, and maintenanceManage post entry activities including post entry corrections, protests, reconciliation, and prior disclosuresManage the duty savings and refund programs and team, including USMCA and other Free Trade Agreements, duty drawback, CBSA Annex 9963, etc.QualificationsLicensed US Customs Broker requiredBachelor's degree in Business, logistics, or related field required8+ years of experience with 5+ years in experience in Trade complianceStrong knowledge of US and Canada customs laws2+ years of experience managing teams and service providersMotivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skillsAbility to travel both domestic and internationallyWHY AVERRO?Averro is an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
