Production Support Associate - Second Shift$22.00 - $24.00 per hour ($24.40/hr - $26.40/hr once on second shift)Work 4 ten hour shifts, M-ThCompany Bonus ProgramThe Production Support Associate supports production by accurately collecting, preparing, and delivering parts and materials based on pick lists and work orders in our Fairview, Oregon manufacturing plant. This role is a key member of the logistics team and is responsible for ensuring that live parts move through the plant efficiently to meet production deadlines. The position involves regular use of material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies) as well as data entry and retrieval.What You'll DoKittingSupport production by identifying and gathering parts for assemblyGather, verify, and prepare parts and materials for assembly and production based on pick lists and work ordersOrganize and deliver kitted materials to production areas Identify and report inventory shortages or discrepanciesMove 'live' parts through the plant quickly to avoid production delays.Read and interpret drawings and blueprints for part verificationPerform basic inspection of parts to ensure accuracy before deliveryShipping & ReceivingReceive, unload, and check incoming materials against packing slips and purchase ordersProcess return shipments and handle documentation as requiredInspect incoming shipments for damage or defects and report issues to appropriate departmentSort, count, package, label, unpack, and log inventory in the ERP systemOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move and stage materials safelyOther DutiesMaintain compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the departmentPerform additional tasks as assigned by supervisorWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling requiredForklift certification or ability to become certified (Class 3 and Class 4 equipment)Basic computer skills; ERP experience preferredAble to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and pick listsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and accuracy under time pressureAble to perform basic math, count accurately, and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAble to read, write and speak English requiredKey CompetenciesHigh Integrity with a commitment to honesty, trust and transparency.
