Product Design and Development Manager

A Mother-and-daughter owned gifting brand is seeking a Product Design and Development Manager to support the evolution of its brand. As the Product Design and Development Manager, you'll play a key role in developing new innovative products and improving already existing ones. You'll be responsible for the process from conception to execution and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to successfully bring them to market. Responsibilities:Trend forecasting: Discover trends, conduct competitor and market analysis by talking to customers, completing surveys and moreUsing market research, develop thoughtful plans of improving existing products to meet the evolving needs of the customerIdeate and develop creative and innovative product concepts - from product to packaging design, we want to see it all! Develop and spearhead product roadmap Manage team of designers and provide guidance on artwork, renderings and design processSupport photoshoot ideation and asset design processAd hoc projects Think quickly to troubleshoot problems, communicate clearly and collaborativelyBe creative and have fun!
