Hotel Operations - Summer Intern 2026

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Hospitality Intern to join our team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Guest Services: Assist in providing excellent customer service to guests by greeting them, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner. * Event Planning Support: Support the hospitality team in planning and executing events, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and other special occasions. Assist with logistics, coordination, and onsite management. * Front Desk Operations: Learn and assist with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, and handling guest requests. * Housekeeping Assistance: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. * Food and Beverage Service: Support food and beverage operations by assisting with meal service, setting up dining areas, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. * Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in promoting hospitality services and special offers through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. * Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the hospitality department, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
