In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions specifically for the Telecommunications industry using the TSM and TSOM modules. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that streamline telecom operations and enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow TSM and TSOM solutions for telecom clients 2. Develop and maintain solution blueprints, technical specifications, and integration designs 3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions 4. Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, particularly in the telecom domain 5. Mentor and guide junior team members on ServiceNow TSM and TSOM implementations 6. Ensure solution designs align with client's business objectives and industry standards 7. Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on deliverables 8. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications 4. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and telecom industry standards 5. Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflow design, and platform customization 6. Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other telecom systems and tools 7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skils 8. Strong communication and presentation skills 9.
