They support both commercial and defense customers with accredited, high-quality surface-treatment capabilities and fast turnaround, leveraging a strong foundation in precision processing and industry compliance.Job DescriptionLead problem-solving efforts and drive continuous improvement across processes.Track key quality metrics and take action when performance trends require intervention.Develop, implement, and maintain process and product controls, including equipment and process verification.Validate corrective actions-both internal and customer-driven-to ensure they are effectively implemented.Conduct statistical analyses to support quality decisions and process improvements.Perform internal quality audits to verify compliance with standards and procedures.Deliver training on quality principles, tools, and best practices.Support the creation and maintenance of FMEAs and Control Plans to reduce process risks.Oversee the corrective action system and manage responses to customer complaints.Coordinate and support NADCAP and customer audits, including developing necessary corrective actions.Contribute to new product introduction activities using APQP methodologies.Conduct capability studies and implement improvement plans based on findings.Perform Measurement System Analyses to ensure the reliability of inspection methods.Interpret and apply industry standards and NADCAP requirements to achieve and maintain certification.Collaborate with customer quality representatives and source inspectors as neededSupport Lean manufacturing initiatives and companywide continuous improvement efforts.Complete assigned reports, special projects, and other tasks as needed.Stay current with all required training.Follow all corporate EHS policies and job-specific safety procedures, including required PPE MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful ApplicantAt least five years of Quality Assurance experience in a chemical processing environment.Five years of experience working with NADCAP requirements and compliance activities.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience resolving complex quality issues.Thorough understanding of statistical methods, quality systems, and data-driven decision-making.Advanced proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and statistical software.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with customers.Familiarity with advanced quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, and related methodologies.Ability to meet all pre-employment screening requirements.Willingness to complete any legally required medical examinations related to job duties or workplace conditions.Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including extended standing or sitting, tool use, and occasional stair navigation.May be required to lift up to 40 lbs following proper safety procedures.What's on OfferCompetitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 based on experienceBonus packageComprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and development.A supportive work environment within the aerospace industryContactConnor WhitmanQuote job refJN-032026-6965009
