Demonstrates knowledge in baking recipe execution, and decoration, ensuring all items meet customer preferences and store standards. Works closely with the Baker to ensure fresh daily inventory and uphold strict food safety and sanitation guidelines. Passionate about delivering a top-tier customer experience through high-quality, visually appealing, and delicious baked goods. WHAT YOU WILL BRING• High school diploma or equivalent preferred • 1-3 years of experience in bakeoff, retail, or food service/prep • Strong oral and written communication skills • Commitment to providing excellent customer service • Attention to detail • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. • Must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Salary range is between $15.00 - $18.00 Hrly Why Giant: We pride ourselves on cultivating a culture of care and offering opportunities to better yourself professionally and personally.
