DescriptionThe Quality Technician assists in maintaining and continually improving the quality system within All Flex. The Quality Technician works closely with internal support staff to monitor and address quality issues. They ensure compliance to internal and external requirements. This position is located in 9401 James Ave S, Bloomington, MN facility.Responsibilities and Dutieso Create and review documents for compliance to customer requirements and industry standardso Lead and conduct internal audits of the quality system and processeso Support nonconforming product resolution (NCR, RMA) o Review scrap and nonconforming data and act to improveo Lead root cause analysis as required and drive corrective actiono Identify and execute system continuous improvement effortso Act as QCBD administrator for QMS core processes (Training, Doc Control, Calibration, RMA, NCR, CAR, PCR, etc...)o Completion and review of customer required documentation (Source Inspection, eCerts, PPAP, Gage R&R, cert packs)o Ability to program an automated coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to perform first article inspections (FAIs) per AS9102 and PPAP as neededo Support the ISO9001, AS9100, and MIL certification processeso Support the review of all customer environmental regulatory requests (REACH, RoHS, TSCA, etc.), gather data from suppliers, and provide current declarations to customers.o Review with applicable subject matter experts as required to gather required information regarding contract and compliance requests.o Support continuous improvement of the company's contracting and compliance processes.o Perform other duties as assigned and work collaboratively across multiple business functions.RequirementsHigh school degree OR GED OR equivalent AND technical school certificate OR equivalent related work experience in a relevant All Flex technical position OR Equivalent external work experience:• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and/or visual aids• Ability to use complex measurement tools, i.e. CMM • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are required• Ability to work under pressure with frequently-changing deadlines and priorities is critical• Ability to work in and lead teams• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organizationWe offer a competitive hourly rate in the $25 to $30 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.Beyond pay, our market-leading benefits are designed to support your wellbeing.
