Job DescriptionSenior Electrical Engineer - Energy & PowerHybrid | Multiple U.S. LocationsBase Salary Range: ~ $130,000 - $200,000 DOEAbout the Role:Join a leading engineering firm's expanding Energy & Power team focused on delivering innovative, sustainable energy solutions. We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer (PE preferred) with strong utility and power experience to lead projects, mentor staff, and support critical energy infrastructure across the U.S.What We Offer: Competitive salary range of approximately $130K-$200K DOE Flexible hybrid work model combining Remote, office, and client site options Travel flexibility up to 50% to support project needs Clear career growth and leadership development opportunities Meaningful, high-impact projects driving the energy transition Full-time, long-term employment with opportunity for permanent hire and full benefits Contract-to-hire role with company-subsidized medical coverage and 401(k) matching during the contract period (~6 months) Comprehensive benefits package upon conversion, including PTO, holidays, and moreYour Responsibilities: Lead electrical engineering design and advisory teams on utility-scale power projects Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts Provide expertise in power distribution, generation, substations, renewables, and power system modeling Assist with proposal development and project planningWho You Are: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field ~ 10+ years in electrical engineering focused on utility and power projects Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (any U.S. state) - Highly Preferred Proficient with power system modeling tools (SKM, ETAP, etc.) Strong communicator with client engagement skills Willing to travel up to 50% and work hybrid (2 days/week in office or client site) Located near or open to relocating to Ft.
