Multi-task CNC Machine Operator

**Job Title: Multi-Task CNC Machine Operator (1st shift)** **Location: Newbury Park, CA** **Pay Range: $26-$32hr.** **What's the Job?** **Job Summary** We are seeking skilled Machinist Set up/Operator(s) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate(s) will have experience setting up and operating CNC equipment including but not limited to **multitask machines** with advance technology (CNC with Dual Spindle, dual and triple turret, turret and mill in one, live tooling, live center). This role offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, expand knowledge to advance equipment and innovate parts, innovative environment committed to quality and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** + Disassembles, assembles, and adjusts tools and programs + Measures, inspects, and evaluations parts according to detailed specifications; makes necessary adjustments + Set up, program, and operator CNC Machines to produce high-precision parts + Monitors machine performance, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and performs routine maintenance + Troubleshoots, reports, and resolves machine malfunctions efficiently + Maintains accurate documentation of production and quality checks + Perform other related duties as assigned **Qualifications & Experience:** + 4+ years of hands on experience operating and setting up CNC advance machinery in a manufacturing environment (Preferred) + Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and programming codes (GIBBS & Mastercam) + Strong understanding of cutting tools, machine setup, calibration, and inspection equipment + Ability to work independently with tight tolerances (.001 or less) + Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management + Good reading, writing, math skills, and fluent in English + Relevant certifications (e.g. CNC Machining Certification) are a plus **Additional Skills & Attributes:** + Extensive setup experience (4-5+ years preferred) + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex machining issues + Commitment to safety and quality standards + Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment with safety gear + "5S" Driven, knowledge and experience If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
