Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a busy and collaborative litigation team supporting complex legal matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who has experience managing litigation cases from inception through resolution and enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with litigation matters from case intake through trial or settlementConduct client intake interviews and communicate effectivelyDraft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondenceFile legal documents with courts and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlinesManage and maintain organized case files, including pleadings, depositions, exhibits, and trial materialsCoordinate and assist with discovery, including document review and productionSupport trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, trial binders, and evidence presentationsReview and summarize medical records and other supporting documentationCommunicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, opposing counsel, and external vendorsUtilize legal technology and document management systems to support caseworkTrack deadlines, statutes of limitations, and maintain accurate case recordsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferredMinimum 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigationStrong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processesExperience supporting discovery and document management processesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and case management systemsAbility to work independently while supporting multiple attorneysStrong professionalism and ability to maintain confidentialityPlease submit your resume for immediate consideration!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other protected status under the law.EverStaff is an equal opportunity employer (M/F/D/V/SO/GI).
