Description Job Title: Generative AI Engineer Duration: 12-18 months Location: Newark, DE / Addison, TX (local candidates only, in-person interview required) Required Pay Scale: $60-$75/hr - W2 * Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates* Job Summary: Project Details: * The team will be building data, platform, advanced analytical and self-service capabilities using Open source distributed computing, AI/ML, and Big Data technologies for Consumer, Banking, and wealth organizations (CBWT) Must Haves * 5+ years of experience * Senior level Python abilities * Hands on experience building AI platforms from scratch * Hands on experience with concepts such as Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) as well as be able to speak and explain these concepts * Experience training models About Matlen Silver Experience Matters.
