While working as a QA Trainer for Adecco at our local Customer, you will earn $18.50/hour and receive a weekly paycheck, Cary, NC. Night shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Primary responsibilities include: · Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps and support continuous improvement within the QA function · Facilitate training sessions using coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring techniques · Perform audits to evaluate employee performance, document findings, and communicate gaps effectively · Support onboarding and training of new QA staff while ensuring compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and safety procedures Perks: · Pay starting at $18.50 per hour, plus overtime as needed · Weekly paycheck · Warehouse work environment - dress casual and enjoy a laidback atmosphere · Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses · Opportunity to gain experience in training, facilitation, and QA operations Qualifications: · Minimum 1 year of experience in QA, training, or a related field · Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment · Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, email, and MIS systems · High School diploma or equivalent required · Ability to perform basic math and lift up to 60 lbs occasionally This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
