We help customers achieve impactful, sustainable results with a commitment to safety, community, and environmental responsibility.Job SummaryThe Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & ERP Transformation is the strategic leader and hands-on owner of TransTech's ERP strategy, implementation, and enterprise systems operating model. This high-impact, highly visible role blends strategic leadership with direct execution and technical engagement across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Job Costing, and Reporting. This role is newly created to both transform our ERP roadmap and to provide succession planning for the Director of Information Technology role. This individual is expected to be comfortable working directly within ERP environments-supporting configuration, troubleshooting, testing, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives-while also strategically leading roadmap planning, governance, and cross-functional alignment. This role supports TransTech's multi-wave ERP transformation and ensures ERP platforms scale with company growth, acquisitions, and operational complexity.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesERP Strategy & Governance:Own the ERP roadmap, governance model, and prioritization of enhancementsTranslate business strategy and operational needs into ERP capabilities and improvement initiativesDefine and enforce ERP configuration standards and usage governance across business unitsDrive fit-to-standard adoption while managing required customization decisionsEnsure ERP solutions support data integrity, reporting consistency, and scalable growthERP Implementation & Hands-On Leadership:Lead ERP selection efforts, requirements definition, blueprinting and implementation with partner and team oversightOwn scope, goals, success metrics, timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional dependenciesActively participate in data migration, validation, system testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness, for the initial roll out and future acquisitionsRemain hands-on with configuration, troubleshooting, system administration, and issue resolutionPartner with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Projects, and Supply Chain leaders to design future-state processesDrive change management, communications, training, and adoption across sites and functional teamsPost-Go-Live Operations & Continuous Improvement:Own the ERP support model, issue resolution process, and enhancement backlogMonitor system performance, stability, and adoption;
