The Manager assists the General Manager in maximizing the café / restaurant's operations and profitability by providing Service Excellence through the management and development of the café / restaurant team. This position ensures successful execution of all Company standards and supports the General Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring Company expectations are met and exceeded.
