Our enterprise-level client has a need to hire a hybrid SOW Analyst located in the Atlanta, GA area. Please see below for full details—   Job Notes: --6+ month contract / extendable and likely to go perm with good performance. --Hybrid near Atlanta, GA.  Expected to commute into the office 2 days per week. --Drug & Background check required.   Pay Rate = $36 w2 per hour + benefits   Role Overview: This role sits at the center of our Professional Services presales motion and is critical to how we deliver high-quality, compliant Statements of Work for our customers. The SOW Analyst partners closely with Sales, Solutions, Professional Services, PMO, Legal, and third-party partners to translate technical scope into clear, accurate, and executable Statements of Work.   The most successful people in this role are collaborative, humble, and curious—team players who take pride in doing solid work, are open to feedback, and adapt easily as priorities, tools, and processes evolve.   What You'll Do: SOW Analysts own the SOW process from intake through final delivery and approval. Day-to-day responsibilities include: · Partnering with Sales and Solution Specialists to clarify customer requirements and ensure scope alignment before drafting SOWs. · Managing multiple SOW requests simultaneously, tracking status across Salesforce, SharePoint dashboards, Teams chats, and ScopeStack. · Creating customer-ready, legally compliant SOWs using approved templates and standardized language, while tailoring content to each engagement. · Validating cost, pricing, and margin assumptions by reviewing Level of Effort, rate cards, pricing sheets, and billing tables for accuracy and internal compliance. · Adjusting pricing, margin, or billing structures as required based on governance rules, deal strategy, scope changes, or feedback from Sales, Solutions, PMO, or Finance. · Coordinating reviews and approvals across technical, sales, PMO, legal, and finance stakeholders, including expedited and high-urgency requests. · Supporting changes in scope by assessing downstream delivery, financial, and margin impacts and working with Solutions and PMO to keep engagements viable and profitable. · Converting and integrating third-party and subcontractor SOWs so costs, deliverables, and commercial terms align with the overall engagement. · Flagging pricing, margin, compliance, or risk issues early and escalating thoughtfully when needed.   How Work Actually Gets Done: This is a highly collaborative, remote-first role. Much of the work happens in real time through Teams chats with account teams, practice leads, PMO, legal, and finance partners. Successful SOW Analysts are comfortable asking questions, validating numbers, nudging stakeholders, and keeping work moving forward—even when inputs arrive late or change mid-stream. Priorities can shift quickly based on deal timing, customer urgency, pricing strategy, or governance requirements. Flexibility, comfort with numbers, and calm problem-solving are essential.   Who Thrives in This Role: The strongest SOW Analysts consistently demonstrate the following traits: · Team-first mindset: Willing to jump in, cover for teammates, and share knowledge. No ego, no silos. · Down-to-earth and professional: Clear, respectful communicators who build trust with Sales, Engineers, Finance, and Leadership. · Teachable and curious: Open to feedback, eager to learn pricing models, margin rules, tools, templates, and governance standards. · Strong work ethic: Reliable follow-through, attention to detail, and pride in producing accurate, polished work under deadline pressure. · Quantitatively comfortable: Not afraid of numbers—can review pricing, validate math, spot inconsistencies, and make adjustments confidently. · Adaptable: Able to adjust quickly as processes, technologies, pricing models, and business needs evolve.   Required Skills & Experience: · Strong written communication skills. · Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including comfort reviewing calculations and structured pricing tables. · Ability to validate cost, pricing, and margin. · Familiarity with IT services, technical concepts, or professional services delivery (formal experience not required). · Ability to manage time, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment. · Comfort working independently while staying tightly aligned with a distributed team. Note: Direct SOW, proposal, pricing, or contract experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right mindset and aptitude.   Nice to Have (But Not Required): · Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM tools. · Experience with pricing models, margin analysis, rate cards, or services costing. · Experience with technical writing, proposal writing, or business documentation. · Prior experience supporting Sales, Consulting, PMO, or Finance teams.   Why This Role Matters: SOW Analysts protect the business while enabling revenue.
